Roast rack of Lamb accompanied by oven roasted potatoes and onions with rosemary flavored lamb stock

Crispy half Duck slow roasted, partially deboned and served with sweet potatoes and choice of sweet & sour apricot sauce or fresh pear sauce

Grilled filet of Beef Tenderloin topped with Lump Crab and served with béarnaise and demi glace

Veal Tenderloin layered with proscuitto, swiss cheese and sage, dipped in eggwash, sautéed to a golden brown and finished with fresh tomatoes and lemon butter

Surf & Turf- Beef Tenderloin grilled to order with a cold water Lobster Tail broiled to perfection. Served with demi glace and lemon butter

Sweet & Succulent cold water Twin Lobster Tails broiled and topped with lemon butter sauce

Steak & Scampi- Beef Tenderloin filet grilled to order, with 3 Jumbo Shrimp sautéed with fresh tomatoes, basil and capers in a lemon butter, white wine and garlic sauce

Blue Heron's signature Crab Cakes, moist and meaty, served with lemon butter or caper butter

Crab Stuffed Shrimp wrapped in proscuitto ham, baked and topped with our lemon butter sauce

Fresh Ahi coated in sesame seeds, seared to order and served over oriental noodles and vegetables with a soy and ginger sauce

Fresh Atlantic Salmon stuffed with Crab, wrapped in puff pastry and baked to a golden brown, with a bay shrimp and dill sauce

The Ciopino- A spicy, tomato, sweet pepper and onion San Francisco style fisherman's stew. Loaded with fresh fish, scallops, shrimp, clams, crab, and lobster. Garlic bread on the side

Crab Imperial- Jumbo Lump Crab topped with a blend of egg, mustard and Florida Bay spice, baked until golden brown

All of our fresh fish may also be skillet blackened or broiled with our lemon butter sauce.
